Top 10 Casino/Gambling Films

Ok, first thing's first, we all know film lists are subjective. But here at Bulldog Casino Bonus we've delved into our extensive film knowledge and compiled a top 10 of our favourite casino and gambling related films.

10.  The Hangover

Before you say, yes, we'll regard this as a casino film. Ok, technically gambling isn't the focal point of the film but it's primarily set in a casino, kind of...

9. Runner Runner

An underrated film here. By no means are there any Oscar worthy performances, but online casinos, affiliates and lot's more gambling means this is definitely worthy of a place in the top 10!

8.  Ocean's Eleven

I'll have to credit this for the 2001 version despite the original (probably!) being more iconic. Still though, Brad Pitt, George Clooney and co make a good fist of this casino classic.

7. Maverick

Yes the same poker film, Maverick. This one was up for deliberation and we finally agreed it should make the list. A classic film, a classic gambling film.

6. 21

Adapted from the book "Bringing Down the House" and based on a true story. This brilliant gambling and casino film delves into the world of card counting! Entertaining and well worth a watch.

5. Rounders

Matt Damon leads a stellar cast in this poker classic. Well worth a watch.

4. Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

Hear us out. Although not solely about gambling, some memorable poker scenes in this British classic make this a no brainer for the list.

3. Cool Hand Luke

Paul Newman in an absolute classic. See below for a great poker scene!

2. The Sting

One of the most iconic gambling scenes in film history. Lucky we've uploaded it for you then!

1. Casino

It just had to be. Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone on imperious form, taking an in depth look at the running of a Vegas mob-run casino. Classic doesn't do this film justice!

...honourable mentions to Casino Royale, The Cincinatti Kid and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
